Christina M. Wagner, MD

Dr. Christina M. Wagner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993 with a B.A. degree and served for three years in the United States Army before receiving her M.D. degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2000.  She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at MCV and later moved to Charleston, South Carolina for an Endocrinology Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina.  After returning to Virginia, Dr. Wagner entered private practice with Virginia Diabetes & Endocrinology, P.C. in 2006. Her area of special interest is Thyroid Disease and her practice includes thyroid ultrasonography and fine needle aspiration.  Outside of work, Dr. Wagner enjoys traveling abroad.
