Dr. Lauren B. Lamb graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA with a B.S. Degree in Biology in 2006. She then received her M.D. Degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA in 2011. In 2014, Dr. Lamb completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC. Subsequently she completed an Endocrinology Fellowship at Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Lamb joined Virginia Diabetes and Endocrinology, P.C. in December 2016. Dr. Lamb is board certified in Internal Medicine (2014) and Endocrinology & Metabolism (2016). Her medical areas of interest include thyroid disease, and diabetes. Outside of work Dr. Lamb enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her husband, daughter and yellow lab.
